Consolidation, Reflection and Direction
Following discussions during June 2026, the emphasis shifts from infrastructure construction to learning from the infrastructure already built.
The challenge is no longer building systems.
The challenge is using them intelligently.
Key Realisation
Urgency remains real.
However, urgency does not automatically produce better strategy.
The infrastructure phase created:
- databases
- ingestion systems
- documentation systems
- intelligence layers
- publication systems
- AI-assisted workflows
The next phase is consolidation.
Research Foundry
Research Foundry exists to shorten the distance between:
Question → Evidence → Understanding → Action
Its purpose is to:
- identify recurring themes
- identify recurring claims
- assess strength of evidence
- assess strength of sentiment
- identify strategic opportunities
- identify strategic risks
Working Question
Not:
What should we build next?
But:
What can we learn from what we have already built, and what does that learning suggest we should do next?
