Adding Reports

When a significant infrastructure decision, incident, or audit is completed:

1. Save the report as a .md file in a logical location (e.g. /root/ on Proxmox or in this repo)
2. Add an entry to this index table
3. Build and redeploy this site

Report Naming Convention

YYYY-MM-DD-<short-description>.md

Example: 2026-05-14-echohuman-crm-deployment-guide.md
